How to Earn Your PSA

Earn Your PSA Certification

The basis of the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is the one-day course, Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA which is offered online and in-person so you can learn at the pace that works with your busy schedule. Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be able to apply for certification.

Here’s how it works:

3 easy Steps to get certified

STEP 1. Be a member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®.

STEP 2. Complete the one-day course Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA.

  • Available online for $130 through the Center for REALTOR® Development.
  • Available in a live classroom setting. Cost varies by provider. Search for courses near you.

STEP 3. Submit the one-time application fee of $179.

  • Once NAR sends you acknowledgment of your course credit, submit your one-time application fee of $179 to complete your certification.
  • After the initial application fee is paid, there are no annual certification dues, although you must maintain membership in NAR to use PSA.

  • If you took the online course: Course completions will be processed and entered in our database weekly.
  • If you took the classroom course: Course completion information will be entered once the course provider has submitted a class roster to us. This can take up to 2 weeks.
  • Once we have logged your course completion, we will email you an invitation to apply for the PSA Certification online and you can submit your application payment.

Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.
